Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your modest apparel and place it in the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
